You may sell at any point after the first 12 months of ownership at a price of your choosing. We'll market the home just like a whole home listing. Other owners have the right of first refusal.
A minimum down payment of 30% is required.
Yes, we have integrated financing available to offer our buyers. You also are welcome to use other sources of capital such as home equity financing or cash.
