Meet Lisa McIntyre
Lisa’s been helping people upsize and downsize their homes for over 30 years in both Colorado and Arizona. She has a degree in journalism, loves photography, practices yoga, and loves learning about all things – especially how to best serve her clients.
As an avid traveler, she inspires others to explore the world and to consider what truly makes them happy in all areas of their lives. When buying and/or selling real estate is part of the equation, she will help to guide the process.
Lisa is a licensed Realtor in Colorado and has amazing international referral networks in place, so finding the right agent in Tulum or Madrid is totally doable. Lisa loves navigating the path for her clients to purchase homes in the US, Mexico, or abroad.

Additionally, Lisa leads transformational retreats a few times a year for those who are tantalized by the idea of owning in Mexico but want to know more before making the decision to buy or not. Meet local residents, agents, developers, notaries and attorneys present the facts and answer all your questions.
True transformation happens from the inside out and there will be time, lots of time, to unite with the nature allowing deep connection to self. She uses specialized knowledge in reverse mortgages, 401(k) accounts, and IRA’s for real estate transactions.
She is also a Resort and Second Home Specialist (RSPS), a National Association of Realtor’s Certification giving her a deeper understanding of how to best work with clients who are interested in buying or selling investment properties or second homes in resort, recreational, or vacation destinations.
